Patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and mask works: how intellectual property (IP) rights are created and the body of rights associated with each. 90 minutes.
Licensing Intellectual Property
Inward and outward licensing of IP. Negotiating strategies and checklists. Standard and custom provisions of agreements. Course materials include model forms. 90 minutes.
What to look for in a contract. Red flags and boilerplate. Designed for businesspeople and attorneys with minimal experience in contract review. 90 minutes.
